At Costas Steakhouse we proudly have a garden to table policy. Most of our salads and vegetables are grown by our team organically without the use of any chemicals.

All of our steaks have been dry aged for the minimum of 21 days up to 2 months. Responsibly sourced, grass fed animals
from small local farms.
We use rare seeds to grow our own crops, giving us the results we need to maintain our high quality salads & vegetables. At every opportunity our team collect wild harvest.

The menu has been created by chef Petros Agathos who, starting as a Pastry Commis next to the acknowledged head chef of 34 Mayfair, Harvey Ayliffe, made his way up to junior sous chef working in some of London's finest restaurants (J-Sheekey, Rules). At Costas Steak house you can find chargrilled steaks, rich burgers and dishes prepared with local ingredients straight from our garden.

Steak perfection takes time
At Costas Steak house the secret behind our top quality meat is: its not just meat and we are not just chefs, there is a whole philosophy behind it. It begins with the animal: where does it live? in what conditions? Here comes the question of grass fed or grain fed. We choose grass fed beef from local small farms where the animals are eating the natural products the earth gives them and they are living in a natural way, you can really taste the difference. We can proudly say that we are the first restaurant on the island to serve imported high quality beef such as USDA Black Angus and Japanese Wagyu. All our steaks have been dry aged for the minimum of 21 days up to 2 months.
